Fix : File Explorer keep crashing

I decide to transfer a picture or video from my PC to a USB stick, but first I try to access the file, but suddenly my Windows File Explorer hangs up permanently and does not even start.

This is the step I try to fix the File Explorer Crashes issue :

Solution 1- Clear File explorer History

Unfortunately, this solution did not work fix the File Explorer issue

2- CCleaner Tool (Free)

I decide to try CCleaner, The essential classic. Despite the years, CCleaner remains terribly effective at cleaning up a PC in depth, whether it’s emptying browser caches, eliminating cookies, uninstalling software properly, managing programs that start up at startup or even restore the system to a stable state.

Unfortunately, this solution did not work fix the File Explorer issue

3- Run netsh and winsock reset

4- Update Window

5- Create Windows 10 installation media

To get started, you will first need to have a license to install Windows 10. You can then download and run the media creation tool.  I use the media creation tool to upgrade window to a window newest version.

Download tool now

You should have minimum version 1803, but 1903 is now available.
This solution finally works and fixes a lot of other Window 10 issues.
