I decide to transfer a picture or video from my PC to a USB stick, but first I try to access the file, but suddenly my Windows File Explorer hangs up permanently and does not even start.

2- CCleaner Tool (Free)
I decide to try CCleaner, The essential classic. Despite the years, CCleaner remains terribly effective at cleaning up a PC in depth, whether it’s emptying browser caches, eliminating cookies, uninstalling software properly, managing programs that start up at startup or even restore the system to a stable state.
